Refund policy

Right of Return

• We offer a 14-day unconditional return policy
• For a full refund, products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging
• Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 10 business days
• If you paid by bank transfer, please include your full bank details with the package
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility

Return Instructions

• You can open and manage returns in your account under “My Orders”
• Ideally, use our original packaging including protective material for the return
• If that’s not possible, leave enough space for cushioning material
• Swiss Post recommends at least 3 cm of padding to protect the contents
• Test by gently shaking the package—if the contents move, add more padding
• If products arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging, we cannot issue a refund
