Shipping policy

National Shipping (CH & LI)

  • Free shipping for orders over CHF 150.- (PRIORITY)
  • Shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein via Swiss Post
  • Packages are handed over to the post with the chosen shipping method within 2 to 4 business days after payment is received

Domestic Package Rates*

  • A – Post (package) or A-Plus 5.90 (up to A4 envelope, 20 mm, max. 250 g)

International Shipping

  • The flat rate of €15 is an approximate price that will be adjusted based on actual shipping costs. We ship internationally from Germany via DHL, enabling favorable EU rates. If you have any questions, please contact customer service by [Email] or via [Contact Form].

In Case of Transport Damage

  • Check the items for damage upon delivery of your shipment
  • Please keep the complete packaging, including the box and padding material
  • Report the damage to us immediately and, if possible, document it with photos
  • Present the entire shipment, including undamaged items and the complete packaging, to your post office for the damage report
  • Follow the post office’s instructions
  • Once we have the final response from the post office, we can refund the purchase price of the damaged products or replace them free of charge
  • You may, of course, keep the undamaged items once the procedure is completed
  • If these instructions are not followed, we reserve the right to refuse a refund
