1. SCOPE & GENERAL

Under the brand extremehair, the online shop of the company extremehair.ch, Monica Franco, Rigackerstrasse 18, CH-5610 Wohlen, is operated (hereinafter “Extremehair”). The offer is mainly limited to the territories of the Swiss Confederation and the Principality of Liechtenstein (hereinafter “Switzerland and Liechtenstein”).
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “GTC”) apply to all products and services offered by Extremehair. For simplicity, we omit simultaneous masculine and feminine forms; all personal designations apply equally to both genders.

2. REGISTRATION

Registration of a customer account is reserved exclusively for persons of legal age (over 18) residing in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. Registration is free of charge. There is no entitlement to admission to the online shop. When registering, the customer must provide their official name and a valid delivery address, freely chosen within Switzerland or Liechtenstein. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of their personal data, which can be maintained and changed under “My Account.”

3. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT & PRICING

Orders are placed via the online-shop order process after the customer has registered and accepted these GTC. Orders are confirmed by email. A contract between the customer and Extremehair is concluded only upon this order confirmation. Extremehair reserves the right to decline or refuse to confirm any order.

Products in the shop are depicted and described as accurately as possible. Nevertheless, Extremehair cannot exclude slight deviations between images/descriptions and delivered products. Errors in descriptions or images are reserved. The prices published in the shop apply. All prices are in Swiss francs and include VAT.

4. VOUCHERS & DISCOUNTS

Unless otherwise stated, vouchers and discounts apply only to the product value and not to shipping costs.

Vouchers are valid indefinitely and are subject to the same return policy as other products.

5. PAYMENT & DEFAULT

The customer undertakes to pay using the provided payment methods. For prepayment by bank transfer, payment in full is due within 5 business days of ordering. If this deadline is missed, Extremehair may cancel the order and release reserved stock for resale.

6. DELIVERY & SHIPPING COSTS

Upon receipt of payment, stock items are handed over to Swiss Post within 2–4 business days using the shipping method chosen by the customer. Items not in stock are generally not orderable. Extremehair is not liable for manufacturer-related delays or for non-receipt of shipments. 7. RETURNS & DEFECTS

Customers may return products unused, undamaged, and in original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price within 10 business days. Shipping costs remain payable and are not refundable.

Customers must inspect products for defects upon receipt and report them within the ordinary return period. “Defects” means manufacturing faults not mentioned in the product description; transport damage is not included and must be handled via the transport-damage procedure. In case of defects, customers are entitled to replacement, refund, or price reduction. Hidden defects must be reported immediately upon discovery, otherwise products are deemed approved. No liability for misuse or incorrect handling. Further return details are on [RETURNS] and form an integral part of these GTC.

Transport damages must be reported to the carrier and handled per the procedure on [SHIPPING]. Failure to follow these instructions may void refund entitlement.

8. RETENTION OF TITLE

Delivered products remain the property of Extremehair until full payment of the purchase price. In case of non-payment or default, Extremehair may reclaim the goods and the customer must surrender them.

9. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY

We place great importance on data protection and privacy. The current data-protection provisions are published on [DATA PROTECTION] and form an integral part of these GTC.

11. FINAL PROVISIONS & JURISDICTION

Should any provision of these GTC be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Swiss law applies exclusively. Jurisdiction for all disputes is CH-5610 Wohlen.

12. AMENDMENT RESERVATION

The current binding version of these GTC is published on General Terms & Conditions. DAS Haaratelier reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time and to enforce them. Customers will not be notified retroactively of changes.
